Business Process Management – Improvements (BPM-BPI)

BPM involves examining, analysing, and improving existing business processes. This is achieved by mapping out the various business processes, identifying inefficiencies, redesigning processes (automating where necessary) and benchmarking them to initial metrics for subsequent efficiency monitoring.

The goals are:

  • Creating the highest value with minimum effort
  • Reducing process time
  • Improving the product or service quality
  • Eliminating waste

Common methods and frameworks we use include Lean Methodology, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management (TQM). However, each project is evaluated individually before selecting the most suitable methodology to employ.
